Blast announces L2 wind-down and USDB exit process

Blast announced that it will wind down the L2, asked users to withdraw assets to Ethereum, and described a staged exit in which withdrawals are temporarily unavailable while Lido-linked assets are unwound, then resume with a 24-hour delay. Normal interface withdrawals are planned through October 26, after which users can interact directly with Blast bridge contracts on Ethereum L1.
